I have an Olympic Arms PCR-4 A2 upper for sale. This one does not include Bolt Carrier, Bolt & Charging Handle It has about 100 rounds through it and I decided to build myself a varmint rifle, so this one has to go. I will also throw in a standard hand grip with it since I have no need for it. I am not looking for any trades at this time. The price is $275 shipped.
