PD20 bear deterrent?

ya could always attempt to "bond" with the bears 'ala timothy treadwell lol...........

although a lotta folks in alaska i have spoken with thought he was a idiot he did have a ways with animals, imho he started thinking the bears saw him as a bud while the bears saw him only as a possible source of protein, it was like he thought they had human emotions and such, sorry, they are animals not people.

Yes a road flare is a great bear deterrent. Also the surfuric smell will discourage bears. However you need to be careful about fires.
