speaking of the UK, ebay has been pulling ads that allow shipping spring assisted knives there, we had to change our listings.

Yeah, eBay UK will forward US listings... the problem was, knives that are illegal to "make available for sale" here (autos, balli's, stealth knives etc.) also got passed through and eBay got called on it.
Some "journalists" decided to illegally import some and present them to the police who judged them to be banned items (the jury's still out as to whether they were in fact auto's, or just assisted/manual, which are still legal). The "journalists" gave eBay a rollocking over it, and as a result eBay UK is pulling ALL knife sales
Was it just assisted openers or all knives they wouldn't let you list UK availability for?
