Well it's 8 days away. Were all ready. Got the place all mowed and spruced up. Expecting about 45 folks with a couple of day visitors on Saturday. We have 4 seminars planned with a great potluck supper Sunday evening.
Can't wait to see old friends and meet some new ones.

I was asked by Marty to put on a seminar on Dutch Oven Cooking. I've put together a lesson plan going through the steps from Seasoning to Cooking to Cleaning.

If anyone is interested in cooking in their Dutch Oven during the seminar and need idea's on what to cook/bring, send me a PT and I'll be happy to assist.
