Pearl Harbor

This post was the first I had seen in memory of Pearl Harbor, I was quite saddened that it wasn't mentioned more in mainstream media. My grandfather fought in WWII and that's all I knew about it until after he passed. He never talked about it, even when my brother and I asked him about it for history class projects at school he just said it was a part of his life that he didn't wish to repeat. The bravery and sacrifice of our veterans are the reason we are able to do the things we take for granted in our daily lives. Thank you for the thread Gravelface, and thank you to all of the service men and women both active and retired.
