Peddinghaus hammers

Not sure if it is the best place, but it's very good, is Uncle Al's. Give him a call 870-642-4023. Good people there.

John, also give the French Locksmith's hammers a try. Very nice for forging and also available at Centaur.

Not sure if area code has changed?

You can also try Kayne and Son. The 2.2lb is $26 and the 3.3lb is $32. They take some getting used to. They arent very balanced and tend to glance off the work. I think if you could get one with the hole closer to the large end they would be more comfy.IMHO
