Pegasus vs Navigator

I have a pegasus and I was comparing it to pics of a navigator. Besides the handle, what is the difference between these two blades? I have heard that the navigator is better. Why?

Hi Jazzman. The Navigator has a 2.25 " blade. the Pegasus was a true "flyer" at under 2".

The Navigator has a "shelf" built into the design of the handle for the "Pinky", the Pegasus does not. the Pegasus was made in SS handle only. The Nav in G10 and Almite handles.

The Pegasus just fit my hand better. It looked good closed and open. The "shelf" just doesn't look right to me, it looks like it needs to be ground off. Of course not enough people liked the Pegasus, so its no more. I still say it's an improved Co-pilot.
