I have a pelican i1015 case for an iphone or ipod for trade. It says it's for an iphone but I've been using it with my ipod without any problems, very handy, if oyu don't lknow anything about pelican cases look into them they're well worth the money.

here's a stock photo, it has a cord so you can plug it into your ipod then plug your headphones into the case but it's still waterproof

I actually already have several of the spike series knives so not really looking for another one right now. Thanks a bunch for the offer though.
