THT, I'm in the same boat... My user/stripper NMFBM went in the woods with me this weekend, I'd never realized she had a penetrator tip! Some of them are sooo small, and on a larger knife, they just hide!
 
Here's the promised pictures of my diamond wheel, just a bit delayed. :o

The groove on the left side is supposed to be there, and was used to put the ridge on eyeglass lenses. Unfortunately, some idiot before my time used the wheel for something it wasn't meant for, and "wrecked" the flat area, so it was thrown out. Their loss, my gain!!! :D



This shows the grinding surface a bit better.



Hope that's what you wanted to see! ;) It's a 10" bronze wheel with about 1/8" of fine diamond grit on the outer surface. Extremely expensive to buy new! :eek:
 
Was a "perk" of working there, if that's what you want to call it.
