Here is a walrus ivory handled knife with inlayed escutcheon handle. Guard and machined threaded carved button are stainless and ferrule is sterling silver. I made the Damascus for it with 5100 ball bearings that I had nickel plated and forge welded the blade to make snakeskin pattern. Then heat treated it to 59 to 60 on the Rockwell scale. Will hold a great edge. The blade is 6 1/2" and inches overall 11 1/8" and comes with a fine hand made leather sheath by Franko.
