Can you tell exactly what SRK it is? Any mods? Have you ever opened it up? I ask because if you have maybe you could do it again and provide a picture of the driver.
 
ship to canada? does the SRK come with any cells or chargers? i see some on ebay that come with 4 cells and two chargers... is that this kit, or is it light only?

Not sure what the restrictions are - i buy all of my lithium batteries from the states, almost completely. i just bought a Provari e-cigarette a few months ago and bought 5 or 6 18500 batteries with it.
