Pens that Absolutely Do NOT Leak?

WOW! The one weakness of the Uniball has always been that the ink is not water-resistant. But the Office Depot site says:

Liquid ink is safe for archiving. Silky-smooth liquid ink is permanent, waterproof and fade-resistant so it's ideal for long term storage of valuable items such as checks and official documents.

Wow!. I just tried one of my new ones and its true! The ink doesn't run with water anymore.

Just when you thought the Uniball was perfect, they went and made it better!

Chuck,

Your picture is different from the ones I use. Then I just remembered-- the ones I use are the "Grip." I use black .5mm (micro) Grip Uniballs.

You could always buy a Fisher pressurized refill and put it into a cheaper refillable pen.

That's what I do, the standard Parker pens are my favorite type of ball pen - with a Fisher spacepen refill.

Uni-ball is a brand of Sanford Pens. They make several models...

I can get various Uni-ball from my mailroom at work. But I still prefer to use my EDC's.
