Looking at a pentagon. Anyone experienced with it? Edge holding ability ? Durability?

Fetland, it's made with AUS6 and heat treated just like the other SOGs so it should hold up just fine. I've never had a problem with edge retention on any of my SOG knives in AUS6 and I have 4 plus one in BG42. SOGs AUS6 holds an edge well and is pretty easy to sharpen. I've used my Mini Pentagon to cut/saw 2.5" diamator oak logs into walking sticks and it handled it just fine. So, I figure the Pentagon should handle it just as well.
