I'm listing my Pentax Kx camera (with 2 lenses) for sale. I've got several other camera bodies and just don't use this one enough to warrant keeping it.
I'll list some of the basic details and provide links to the owner's manual and detailed reviews (listing all of the camera details).
I'm asking $325 (that includes, shipping, insurance and paypal fees) for the camera body and two lenses. I think I still have the original box, so if I can find it the original box will go with the camera.
The best way to contact me is via email (just click on my user name and send me an email).
I bought the camera brand new in early 2010. The Pentax lens was part of the purchase. The Sigma lens was purchased used sometime in 2009.

My Impressions after using the camera for 3 years
One of my all time favorite bodies; it's small, lightweight and easy to carry. It's still one of the best cameras for low-light shooting. I've shot useable pictures at 12,800 ISO.
The camera's low-light ability gives the user the flexibility to leave the auxiliary flash behind while making slower lenses usable indoors. With a fast lens, this body is remarkable yet convenient to carry.
This body was the entry body from Pentax and targeted new (to dslr camera bodies) owners by providing point & shoot simplicity with options running the gamut to full manual control. It definitely performs well outside of its price league.
The dynamic range is excellent; making it easy to pull detail out of the shadows. It will clip the highlights if you're not careful, but a bit of practice soon solves that.
I have had excellent results printing as large as 24 X 36 with this camera and have sold quite a few prints from this camera.

Pentax 18 - 55 mm lens
This is a kit lens. As far as kit lenses go, this one isactually fairly decent. It sharpens up considerably when stopped down (f5.6 tof 8.0). Unless you get into photography quite heavily, this lens will probably serve your needs for many years.

Sigma 75 - 300 mm DL zoom lens
I think this lens would also be considered a kit lens, albeit one from another manufacturer. It sharpens up nicely when stopped down. This lens is a push/pull lens (to change the focal length) and while I'm not abig fan of that, the lens does do a very good job once it is stopped down.
Coupled with the Pentax 18 - 55mm lens, these two lenses are probably all the lenses that are really needed by the vast majority of users. In good light you'll have no problems taking great pictures of your kids or your knives. And thanks to the rather amazing low-light ability of the Pentax Kx, you'll still get good pictures in light that is less than desirable.

Thank you for looking.
Please ask questions if you have them.
The next 4 shots are of the camera body and the two lenses being sold with it.

The following shots were made with the Pentax Kx and the two lenses listed above.
