Pepper spray punch dager

I remember meeting this guy once, I think he was from Arkansas. He made a very nice punch dager with a pepper spray canister in the handle, i believe he called it the spittin' spade. Does anyone know this guy, or seen his knives?

How about it morphing into an electric short sword that not only cuts, but fries flesh as its cutting.
