Peppers!

Looking at the garden yesterday, I noticed several items ready to eat.

Can you say stuffed Jalepenos! So I threw them in the smoker.

Took them out to stuff them and then wrapped bacon around them!

They came out very good. To be honest, it was the first time I smoked them before I stuffed them with pinapple, cream cheese and all spice.

I got some poblano that are almost ready to come off. You think those would go well smoked and the stuffed and grilled? (minus the bacon of course)

Yeah Im jealous as well, of the 14 different varieties of peppers I planted this year about 7 havent been eatin. My garden is having some major troubles this year. At least my melons and cucumbers and zucchini are doing good.

I'm jealous as well, the heat down here has fried half my garden, and the other half is taking it hard. Even my Jalapenos were hit hard, tiny little buggers.

I love bacon wrapped peppers.

We stuff the peppers with cream cheese, sun dried tomatos, cubed ham, basil, some other stuff I've forgotten probably,

anyway..OMG that is good stuff.

Food is sooo goood.

Hmmm....the only thing that would make these better is to stuff some shrimp inside of them. Durn! I'm going to check my garden right now!
