Hello everyone,

After all of the holidays, I am back to it! I have for sale today a new pattern that I am trying out. This is my first chef's knife and it is kind of a modified western chef design. Here are the specs:

Aldo's .09" 1095, differentially hardened so the edge is right at 63Rc
cocobolo scales with carbon fiber pins
OAL is right at 12", with the handle a little over 4 1/2" and blade almost 7 1/2"
At the widest point, the blade is right at 2 1/4" wide

I am asking $250 shipped to your door.
Paypal is preffered, and my paypal is:
adam.reese9(at)gmail.com

As always, this knife comes with my 3 day satisfaction guarantee, which basically says when you recieve it, you have three days to send it back unused for a full refund. It also comes with a "lifetime" guarantee, which says that I will waranty it from any defects in workmanship or material for as long as I am able to make knives. This covers damage from use, but not abuse.

Note:
capturing the hamon in pictures is pretty hard. For clarity, the hardened part of the blade is almost a mirror polish, while the unharded part is more frosty.

Thanks for looking,

Thanks blade!

The whole time I was polishing this thing I couldn't help but think the hamon looks kind of like a jaguar or cheetah or something ready to pounce.

Since no one seems to be interested, I may use this knife for a pass around or something.

Thanks for looking!

-Adam
