I purchased a, Strider SNG, a couple weeks ago from, BF Member, Sting7777. This SNG, arrived in better condition than expected, & razor sharp! It was carefully packaged, & communication was constant throughout the 2 weeks it took USPS to get it here. This was shipped from Connecticut; made an unexpected stop in, Memphis TN, where it sat for approximately 10 days... Sting, remained vigilant throughout this delay, & kept me posted. On a couple of occasions, he even offered me a full refund, & said I could ship the SNG back even after it arrived (I politely declined). Late in the delay, Sting, contacted BF Member Monofletch. This 12 MAN (GO SEAHAWKS;) MVP asset to BF, used his USPS influence, & assisted us in searching for some answers.

A big thank you, to BF member's: Sting7777, & Monofletch; it's honorable member's like yourselves, that make BF the reputable website, it is. :thumbup: :thumbup:

And while this delivery got stuck in a hub for such a frustrating length of time (sometimes typical for this time of year)...it still arrived safely. I'm still batting a thousand, with the USPS (as a buyer & seller)- knock on wood. :thumbup:

Thanks again, Sting, for taking so much of your extra valuable time, in providing such exceptional customer service...a lesson that Strider knives, could probably learn a valuable lesson from.
