We all have EDC knives - just something we're comfortable carrying here and there without concern. However, sometimes there's that one that never seems to want to leave your side... And becomes a permanent resident in the pocket.

Although the backup knife will change, my latest acquisition is making a strong case for an exclusive contract with my front right pocket.

Which of yours has become a true every day carry? Mine hasn't left my pocket since I took it out of the box.

WOW, neat to see you finally pulled the trigger. If I were forced to buy a Sebbie, LOL, that would be the pattern. I'd go micarta over CF, however, just so it was grippier. Now, I think that one day I may see my way to an Mnandi.

I can't honestly answer your question now, other than the ubiquitous SAK. However, something multibladed is preferred now, be it a stockman, or jack, or the like.

Jeff Vandermeulen mini intro, it just melts into my hand.

That's a beauty of a knife OP.

I've used it often and heavily. It hasn't left my front pocket since it left the box (only couple month's old btw). Love it, just disappears in my pocket. I swear I'd forget it was there if I could keep my damn hand out of there fondling and messing with it every two minutes.

Since 2008 there has almost always been a Military in my right back pocket and one of my SAK's in my right front. A Juice S2 is in my jacket, but when not carrying a jacket I stick it with me in another pocket most of the time anyway.

Sold most other folders (an 0300 among others) because they were collecting dust because they could almost never kick one of my Millies out of my back pocket.

I love that picture of the worn-in outline of the millie. THAT is what I'm talking about right thurr.

Cross draw sling carry... cannot separate us! You should have your own forum with how many threads you start.

helluva keychain

Thank you! It's seen some years and a lot of modifications. Some of the parts of that have been on my keychain for over 10 years.

Honestly, with the groove and the pocket clip, I don't see that a grippy insert would be necessary at all. I'm pretty sure you could dip that knife in grease and still be able to keep a firm grip on it.

I really wasn't all that interested in CRKs, especially after handling an Umnumzaan and being unimpressed, until I saw that particular model.

For me the only one that hasnt changed in a long time has been the good ole' Vic Classic on the keychain, connected with a small Niteize S-biner. I have a hard time deciding on which knife to carry each day, but this tiny thing goes everywhere with me.

I have been carrying my Spyderco GB every day since I got it. It's my favorite knife. It's almost to the point that I've started to seriously consider selling some of my other knives, like my Para2, and several others. They only tend to see pocket-time as offhand carry.

G-10 Endura 4 for a bit better than 6 years now.

Manix 2 XHP lately, but I try to give all my knives equal pocket time.

Just my Juice s2 since I got it. Folders rotate on a daily to weekly basis. But my Surefire E2D doesn't leave my pocket. Its torn holes in my work pants pocket.
