That hollow ground one look great, I bet the full flat is a nice slicer though.

These knives (PPT)has been made by Sacha Thiel. It's a collaboration between Fred Perrin and Philippe Perotti for the design and specifications and Sacha made the knife.
The knife is also available with toxified G10 scales.

I had the chance to handle both versions of the PPT and those are awesome users well thought and well made.

The knives you see here are custom ones but Spyderco plan to release a production version of the PPT. According to Sacha's informations the future Spyderco will feature a CPM440V blade and G10 handle.

Here's Sacha website : http://www.sthiel.fr

Actually the PPT is a beautiful piece. Typical well thought out design from the mind of Fred Perrin.

Fred asked that the design logo be "PPT" to honor those involved in the creation.

We're planning the "black carved G-10" version. Fred has a very unique variation on the lock. Kinda like a hybrid between the Walker Linerolock and the Reeve Integral Lock.

We're still a ways off. Working on protos now.

Is the frame steel or titanium? I really like the looks of the knife. Please make the clip ambidextrous.
