Hello folks , a while back a customer asked me to make him a Persian Fighter , so I decided to profile out 2 of them while I was at it . Here is the other one finished with different dressings .

This blade is hollow ground from 5/32" ATS-34 steel , it is ground to a 240 grit and then a fine scotch bright satin finish put on it . Heat treated to an Rc 59-60

O.A.L is 10 "

Blade is 5-3/4" and is 1-1/4" wide edge to spine

Sharpened edge is at 5-1/4" and is a slicer .

Handle - It is a pair of book matched contoured Flame Australian Sheoak , this stuff is beautiful and I need to find some more . It is a hardwood from Australia . Trying to stay with a Persian theme I used 8 - 1/8" nickle silver pins and added some red liners for dressing .

Sheath , again I stayed with the Persian theme and made the sheath for Sash carry , but also added a strap for us westerners , horizontal carry .

Hope you all like her and thank you for looking
SOLD

$240.00 + $15.00 for shipping in the USA . International friends write for cost .

PayPal or Postal M/O . For Postal M/O , deducted $5.00 from total . My PP is sugarland@wwest.net

DAMN WHAT A SLASHER!!! NICE Jack
Aswell the Australian Sheoak puts it over the top, No one realizes its beauty till its in hand!!

Jack, you've been busy and this Persian is so nice!! Beautiful lines on this knife with the up-swept blade and outstanding Sheoak contoured for comfort! Very nice sheath...a terrific package!!

Thank you all for such nice comments . From makers and collectors both . I appreciate it and feel humbled .

One of the best looking knives I've seen here in a while. If it was a little smaller I would jump on it. Even as large as it is I am tempted. One question, how hollow is the grind? I mean is it so narrow you can flex the blade with your fingers? Because one answer makes it a worker and the other a presentation/kitchen knife imo

No sir , you cannot flex the blade . It was ground on a 10 " wheel .
