I was talking about the design with my mom and she thought it would look good with a grip spacer in the handle and that made me think of what it might look like with two grip spacers, so I went with two. You can actually find grip spacers on a few classic Persian knives/swords.

Hats off to Mrs. Royer for that one. :thumbup:

What's under the cross in the butt piece? My eyes are going funny, it looks like a MSPaint fill in colour but I'm sure that's just my tired eyes.

It is anodized titanium.
