Photos Perspective (Depth of Field)

I love the contrast in this! I’d love to know more info about this knife! I’m not familiar.
F.A.Bower Implement Company was an American business operating at least during the 1950's up until maybe the 1980's? They did not make knives but imported and sold them. Many different patterns but I only collect the barlows which they had made in a mini size, normal size and a daddy barlow size. Very well made barlows. All I've ever seen are marked made in Germany.FC7EABD4-5F6D-403B-967C-0A509262D684_1_201_a.jpeg5BD03DAF-9A3A-4E4E-B020-6500A91A0E82_1_201_a.jpeg

I miss the 'Depth of Field' available on my old Agfa Scanner!! R.I.P.
Not currently available on more modern Scanners!!
Hello Charlie, you may write to the engineers of your scanner's company.
I think none of them has imagined a client scanning knives with their creations 😂
That could help them to discover new perspectives 😂

The knives are great 😍

The detail this displays is fantastic. What a cool picture/scan. Was it hard to capture? Thank you for your contribution to this thread!
Really simple!! I just stacked the knives up on the glass flat bed, and pressed "scan"!! The scanner was made in 1998-9. Unfortunately it quit after 20 years! They don't make 'em like they used to!!

Found myself enjoying some fresh air in the mountains this weekend. I was carrying my new Northwoods Hawthorne Jack, and decided to snap some pictures. After the first photo or two, I remembered making this thread sometime back in the fall with my Northwoods Bear Lake. Decided to play around and get another shot, and find this old thread.

My new iPhone’s photos are too large of a file to upload directly. You’ll have to enjoy these much grainier screenshots. 😂
