I ordered a Big Snarley from Peter Marzitelli, but of course, I didn't want it as it comes, I had to ask him to make a bunch of changes from the norm.
He was totally cool about it and willing to do them, but what most impressed me was that, despite all the emailing back-and-forth, he didn't miss, forget or get anything different from what I wanted like you might expect with a busy knife maker. The communication was stellar - I received completely-written emails that answered all my questions thoroughally, and he, apparantly, kept track of what I wanted really well, because when the knife arrived it was EXACTLY as I wanted - no surprises.
He's also a nice guy to chit-chat with on the phone.
All this, and he only charged me $15 over the base price and that was for an additional laser image on the other side of the blade. Rock 'N' Roll. :thumbup:
