Petty/Parer Set

[Mitchell Knives]

I've been making a lot of kitchen knives lately, and recently finished this petty/parer set for a member here.

The geometry is stellar, and cutting is truly effortless.

I went with A2 steel with african blackwood and cocobolo handles.

Really happy with how these came out!
