PHANTOM Ripcord knives

just wondering if anyone out there has got, seen or used one of those phantom ripcord knives. If so, whats the verdict?
 
I handled a few at a show. They are a very entertaining design and seem pretty well made. However, they are somewhat bulky/clunky (for my personal taste). Here in California they have some appeal as a concealed neck knife because we are precluded from carrying any fixed blades concealed. Otherwise, I'm not sure why I would need one.
 
is there a link for more information? i've seen pictures but don't really know what it is
