Well, I was able to finally get a second grinder, which is a Pheer 454 with a VFD this is a very exciting purchase however, if anyone is familiar with this particular grinder, it seems that the bolts that attach the motor to the main frame or getting in the way of the turning of the belt. If anyone has one of these grinders and has any particular ideas, like perhaps all of these washers aren’t necessary? The drive wheel Just seems to be too far out.

Hi, I've had one since 2017 and have no problem such as you are describing. On mine the 4 mounting bolts haven't had washers since day one, although I did use thread locking compound. Still tight. Plenty of belt and pulley clearance.
I hate to ask this, but, is the drive pulley on correctly?
A picture of your predicament would help us help you.

I've had mine since 2018 and have no issues. Try giving Jose a call. He helped me with set up.

Mine has no clearance issues at all.

I did replace all the bolts on the machine with socket screws, flat washers and lock washers, but no issues whatsoever.
