Phenolic grade C or grade CE

So here I am reading info on phenolics and pricing. From the descriptions grade c would seem to be fine for handles since the electrical insulation isn't a big deal. Is there any other major difference between the two? What is normally sold by most knife suppliers?
I an looking for .5" and .375" phenolics in black, green, and maybe tan if anyone knows a good source.

I'd say no difference for the makers regarding C/CE
