I've bandied "do you have this in stock" email with Phil on several occasions, but I have recently completed my first real transaction with him.

Phil does business the way companies are supposed to do business, but all too seldom do. He is a fine guy, he is highly principled, and he delivers the highest level of customer service I've seen in a long time.
