Phil Tham custom folder w/custom sheath for rare/high-end Mnandi

I've seen this one myself. A beautiful gent's folder with a great custom sheath. The mammoth ivory has a great warmth in the hand, and winter will be upon us soon.
 
OK, let's widen the parameters a little here. I'd be interested in any NIB/LNIB Mnandi (other than African Blackwood) plus a little cash or another knife to even out the deal. Just let me know. This Tham wharnie is a beautiful knife and I have no doubt it will get traded. ;) ;)
 
So nobody has an Mnandi they'd be willing to trade for an excellent custom knife and sheath? :(
