Nice review, like always. I'm no expert fisherman by any stretch, with being said I've come to appreciate a decent fillet knife. There is a void in the production market for them IMHO. I mean you can get one with decent steel, like a Mora or NOS Schrade Pro-Fisherman and the Rapala branded Marttiinis, but there are none sporting the wide array of "super steels" on the market.
One really has to go with Customs to get the better steels in fillet knives.
Remember fillet knives should be flexible and with the production blades that will mean lower alloy stainless at best at low hardness, and that's for the more expensive ones in the $100+ range.
