Hello Fellow Knife Lovers

I purchased a Knife from Phillip Patton in November and took it out to test...

When I got back I noticed the edge was bent(probably due to a mistake on my part)

I contacted Phillip who told me to send it back...
That he would examine it--and replace it if it was a Heat Treat problem.

I got it back --The edge was perfect!!!!!!!!!

Looks and cuts better than when I got it the first time!!!!!!!!

Phillip told me that if it fails again--he would make me another one.

That's what I call customer service!!!!!!!

My experience has been that he definitely goes out of his way to make the customer happy regarding any issue. :thumbup:
 
Thanks all three of you for your good report! :) My customer service philosophy is very simple: If the customer's not happy, then neither am I. And of course I want to be happy. :D
