Got a new damascus EDC from Phillip Patton recently and it was a real treat! Phillip made the knife to as many specifications as I could think of and then offered guidance on the ones where I was unsure. The knife arrived all perfect-being and the price was better than I deserved (please don't read that last part, Phillip!). Many thanks!

Great choice from a good guy that does excellent work.

Hard to beat that combination!

Thanks Thom, and Bastid! And thank you, Thom, for not mentioning that I forgot you wanted a lefty sheath. ;) :)
I pleasure working with you, I hope to do so again.

Phillip

Given your affinity for Phillip's and Justin's knives and the quality of the product and makers, I should just follow Dr. Bill around and order copies of his knives.

We're square as far as I'm concerned, Phillip. If you start making waifer-thin 9.5" French-bladed/Japanese-handled cooking knives with W2 hardened in the mid 60's (63-65) or Sandvik 19C27 in the lower 60's (60-62), please let me know. I'm somewhat of an addict.
