I'll make this short just to warn others.

Sometimes folks have problems, I hope he's ok; and this is not a big bad thing, as I had not shipped the knife; but I felt like warning others to proceed with caution with this fellow if he shows up around here again. :(
 
Ive waited two weeks for a MO from a guy but he had alot more history on here then this guy your talking about. With only 5 feedbacks I would have just relisted it and forgotten about him. He started a thread of his own it looks like stating that he sent a MO out to someone.

Just for the record, the thread you mention that he started has nothing to do with the failed transaction I am referencing. My listing was placed after he started that thread about someone else's deal.

The same guy emailed me about one of my knives 2-3 weeks ago and wanted me to hold it for him if he sent me half the money. I don't like that kind of business so I declined the offer. It just seemed shady. But, who knows?
 
I would be very hesitant to deal with someone that doesn't give any information about themselves, or have their email turned on in their profiles. Especially if that person had just joined the forum a couple of weeks earlier and had no history here.
 
yeah, sorry i lost internet connection when i couldn't pay my bills, hence no money order or email.... sorry bud shit happens. gotta pay the man who has the plan/couldn't you call me? i gave you my number, i couldn't get yours. (no internet) i live in the sticks. i'm gonna start leaving feedback for a change, i always forget before i forgive, its just knife tradin, damn.

You screw up on a knife deal. Then you blow it off as if it didn't matter--even going so far as to blame the seller for not pursuing you. A few people knock you for this (and rightfully so, IMO), and you get all smart-assed with them. You took a marginally bad situation and turned it into a very negative reputation on GB&U. You think anybody on BF is going to want to do business with you after this? You've even managed to get yourself on the Pirate's Cove Phucktard list. How deep a hole do you plan in digging yourself, corkie?
