For a picture of yourself, if you mean an avatar next to your name, you need a paid membership for that. http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/payments.php

To post picture in a thread, the easy way is to download them first to a photo hosting service like Photobucket. They will give you a URL for each picture that you can paste in place.
