  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Photo request! Let's see some of that Gun Hammer love!

I'll ask Darrel how much more it costs for hand rubbed. I'm guessing quite a bit more since that finish is a lot more labor intensive.

Hand rubbed blade finishes cost 100 bucks extra. They are that intensive to produce, especially considering some of the cutlery specific steels and their hardness and wear resistance.
Cool, thanks! That's very reasonable, considering how good they look and the fact that they probably glide through materials even better than the DLC and bead-blast blades. Definitely something I'll look into next time I'm wanting to get a HTM Gunhammer.

Great info! When I open my custom Gun Hammer fund, I'll factor the 100 bucks into the final cost!

I glad everyone likes my knife. Last year I saw a hand rubbed bladed Gun Hammer in DDR's pics and had to have one. So I e-mailed back and forth a few times, gave my credit card info and now it's a favorite! I didn't ask what the inlay was make of, I really didn't care because it looked so nice. I think it is G-10.
