I've seen pictures of one that someone did that to, so I'd have to say yes, it can be done. ;)

The blade was covered in the juices from the elphant ears I was trimming with it. Its an amazing knife! Very slim and lightweight to carry, cleans up easily, and cuts amazingly. I took my mother to Flemings recently, a very high end steakhouse, and brought it to cut my steak with. It put there knife to shame! I was literally cutting letters out of the meat. LOL.

I mean, as a kitchen knife, its the best Ive used. Heres some more love:

My knife arrived last night, got home late, just took a couple of quick photos today
nice knife, I really hope I can keep this one for a while, had the S30v, D2 and now the S90v
and with carbon fiber, so, hopefully this will be one that hangs around as I missed the
others after they left;

Can't get near as good a shot of the texture as Knifeknut, sweet macro there!
I had sold my macro lens but the G10 does pretty good, here's a shot of mine

Nice shots, Gary. For me, a carbon fiber Millie is the best knife that I own and gets carried every day. I hope you enjoy yours.
