Absolutely the sorriest excuse for a portrait I ever saw. Or . . . did you pick the ugliest guy in the room on purpose??

Technical skills seem ok for a first try. But you definitely need more experience picking a suitable subject.

That's a photo of Vampire Gerbil holding a beautiful Tom Anderson he just bought. I really wish I had gotten a good photo of the knife.
The undead rodent was having a good time despite being in a lot of pain.
