Photographing Knives

I seem to recall a thread or a tutorial on how to make decent photos of knives. But I can't find it. Any ideas appreciated. Yes, I am about to take the plunge and post some pictures so you guys can get your yuks,,,

I built mine kinda like that and use 2 500 watt quartz lights on short homemade stands with lead on the bases. The lights do extra duty around my shop at times. Handy.
