As far as the lights go...I own 3 Inova microlights and use them while flying "over there". The constant "on" switch is really nice and makes use a lot easier than trying to squeaze it. I attach one to my upper flightsuit pocket zipper and use it to read checklists and run the systems. I personally like the green light better because it provides more light than the red (not so much eye strain) and isn't bright enough for the bad guys to see it.
