I've been drooling over these on various websites for weeks, especially an 11 cm guilloche model from Fontenille-Pataud. However, I think it might be too big and I haven't found one locally to actually handle. I think I might have to step down to a 9 or 7 cm model.
I'd love to see some side by side comparisons photos with a knife similar to one I own. Anybody here own a Laguiole and a Benchmade Sequel, Mini-Grip, or small Sebenza?
I do have a 710 and Commander but those are too big to EDC for my lifestyle. I want the Laguiole to carry on dressier occasions.
