Photos of my new Sebenza and EDC setup

Here's a photo of my modded thumbstud:

awesome! was your thumbstud once blue? do you think that mod helped out immensely?

I want a Sebenza so badly. Yours looks great, enjoy it! I'm envious. :)

Nice wallet, by the way.

Thanks. I like it better with the thumbstud flattened down a bit. I also polished the anodizing off with some simichrome. Did the same to the anodizing on the backspacer. I'm happy with it.

I doubt it voids the warranty, but can't say for certain.

I made the same transition (BM710 to Seb 21) about two years ago. My BM clip wasn't as worn as yours, but it was worn enough to replace. I called BM, and they sent me 5 new clips (3 SS and 2 black) for FREE. You might want to give 'em a phone call. . . .

I dont mind the scratched up clip. It matches the rest of the knife :p I also love the benchmade pocket clips. They're really great, and feel good.

My top 3 favorite pocket clips EVER are CRK, Microtech, and Benchmade. WORST pocket clip I've personally ever owned is on my CRKT M16. Gosh, such a horrible looking and designed clip. But then again, its only a $60 knife.

Well, I guess the pocket clip on my 1995 or 96 Spyderco Delica is pretty bad. Remember when Spyderco use to make the clip part of the molded handle? They looked OK but had a big problem with them breaking off. And once they broke off, you're pretty much screwed and need an entire new handle. Haha. SO BAD. Now, of course, they're great these days after moving to the metal clip screwed to the handle...
