The leather lanyard feels SOOO much more comfortable than paracord. It's flat and prints flat on your skin. This forward lanyard thingy really inspires confidence when you're swinging this knife. I feel like there's just absolutely NO way this knife will ever slip out of my hands utilizing the forward lanyard!

No it will not, I mean it will, but it will spread the sheath out more than you want. I have an Azwelke sheath that does fit the lanyard though.

I find the design of the sheath a little puzzling, to be honest. It almost looks as though the sheath was designed so the knife could be tied or pinned into it for security or something. To my way of thinking, that sheath should be molded around something which would create a channel for your lanyard, and not have a hole in it where the lanyard hole in the handle is
