Thanks, but the one with the Hartsfield influence and the absolutely incredible, beautiful elephant hide sheath is just as much a wonder to behold. Had to have them both.

Wow, mine arrived. Gonna have to get pics in the sunlight tomorrow to do it justice. Scales look completely different from every angle, the degree of chatoyance is amazing. Well done @Nathan the Machinist and, especially well do on the selection @Jo the Machinist. Happy camper here, for certain.

I love all the variety we’ve been seeing in the DIW so far.
It’s overcast here in NY, can’t wait to get this one out into the sunshine.

ETA: it’s perfectly book-matched, too. The other side looks practically identical
