Do the Ti screws take a torx bit or hex? From your pic, it looks like a T8.

I thought about picking up some Ti screws for my own CPK knives, but they are a bit shiny for my tastes. I'd end up sandblasting them anyway, which would make them look just like the sandblasted stainless ones I have on mine now.

^^^^I love them, I believe they may also be offered in a Matte (Unbuffed Ti) Maybe NinJO or Nathan could confirm

Yes you can also order the Ti fasteners in a matte finish. IMHO, the matte finish does not look out of step with the tumbled blades.

^^^ Great to have choices, (IMHO the Bright screws match very nicely with the blade), Very Elegant Look! I am sure this is what Nathan was thinking when offered them on the recent (EDC 2 with Desert Ironwood sale-of course i could be wrong) Everybody has different likes and dislikes-Choices are a good thing
Make sure if you participate on the Friday Fun Sale, you get what you like the best Ti-Shinny, Ti Matte, or request Black Oxide (Not sure if their is an option)

I currently have an unbuffed burlap HDFK on route to me with black oxide but added an extra set of tumbled titanium fasteners I may try out. Good to have options.
