So Martin, I’ll be totally honest, I love the EDC2 and think it is still superb and suited more to my needs everyday. BUT, the DEK outshines in the handle/grip department. The DEK1 is the weekend knife, and the EDC2 is my everyday. Love both of them though.

I love the Burlap Micarta also! It has a rustic beauty, and is very grippy as well.
