The Basic FK is definitely worth it if any of you are on the fence.
A bit heavier, obviously, but I see that as a positive. The lack of thumb jimping isn’t even noticeable because of the great thumb ramp CPK’s come with and the lack of a lanyard hole is a no biggie in my book.

I think you’ll appreciate the BFK.I had convinced myself that since I already have a FK2 that I wouldn't be too interested in these - not too sure what niche it would fill aside from a different variation of an already excellent knife. Well, the sale seemed to be going a bit slower than the last one so I went ahead and added my name to the list.
