My gorgeous UF2 came in today! She has beautiful Tri-Rag scales. This is my first knife that has the Tri-Rag scales. I think they are gorgeous. I've been sick all week. The fever broke Wednesday, but I still have a cough, some chest congestion, and the chills with an occasional headache. Receiving my UF2 helps make me feel a little better! Thanks Jo, Nathan, and everyone at CPK!

I went outside earlier and took a few photos of my gorgeous UF2. I couldn't help but let Sophia into it. I hope yall like the photos better than my boring ones in the past. I need to get my grandson's knife and my other knives into the fray this weekend.

It sure is and it's a nice place to get out of the city and relax. Unfortunately, the lake has been dry for years, but the landscape is worth it.

At the end of last summer, I wanted to redo my user HDFK so in September 2019 I took it apart and sent various pieces to various places. I just got all the parts back today. Timing couldn't be better as I am taking all the kids on our first family vacation camping as a family unit

So, the HDFK was acid washed by @CPK Mark and stoned and honed by @Nathan the Machinist. I dyed the buffed linen micarta scales black, and Josh @razor-edge-knives took the Ti CPK hardware and smoothed the surface, stonewashed then sent them for PVD DLC coating so they have an even matte finish that won't wear off like the black oxide.

Finally the sheath is a custom PRS design that Brian @Sagewood Gear made for me.
