My first CPK thanks and hats off to fellow forum member Coach 23. So generous to let go of this beauty.
I saw the postman arrive and coached the lady of the house on the appropriate response to seeing this.

Just received and I was so excited about this package that I could barely contain myself since it was shipped out last week! Honestly these CPKs go beyond, way above and over my own expectations. I am just flabbergasted at the amount of detail and the craftsmanship that had gone into these DEKs and the Reaper. So much effort and so much love has gone into these. Jo / Nathan / Mark, I truly can not thank you enough. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH.

Not Eric or CPK crew, but I reckon that's a Mark'd DEK1(apologies if another Mark's already used that...) DEK1 variant by Mark, sold at Blade 2023. Okay, I'm guessing Mark is the one, and only one who worked on it. And it's enough different from a DEK1 that I'm not sure it's appropriate to call it that...

...and... since a post in this thread just wouldn't be right without a picture...

My brutha from another mutha nandok is correct. CPK Mark had it labeled as a dek1 w/ Hiatsu grind. He went out of his way to tell me it wasnt designed with hard use in mind. Its serious

I was feeling a bit bad about no time spent with my new friend. FK arrived Thursday evening and here it was Saturday morning with no love. I’m no feather stick man but one more reason to do knife stuff right?

This is the only one I could find that looks like it’s seen hard use.

I have a brand new DEK1 that I plan to use on the farm once construction on the house is complete. We’ll see how much abuse it will take.
