Thanks, it’s the natural variation of exactly how it came. It goes full depth to the tang. Didn’t even wipe it off, it went straight from Jo’s plastic bag/wrap to these photos.

Here are a couple of closeups, there’s almost a Stag like end color appearance to it. I really like the contrast it shows.

That's what it looked like with it going the full thickness, but I wasn't positive. I really like the set you got. 👍
